What size lightbulb does my Warmer take?
It depends on the Warmer you have. Different Scentsy Warmers take lightbulbs with different watts.
Where can I find the watt information on my Warmer?
Lightbulb watt information is on a sticker on the bottom of every Scentsy Warmer.
What if my Warmer doesn’t have the sticker on it anymore?
You have a few options. If you have a Scentsy catalog, flip through it to see if your Warmer is there. (You can also check the most current online catalog.) If it is, the product details will include the watt you need. If you don’t see your Warmer, or if you don’t have a catalog, contact your Scentsy Consultant.
Can I use a different bulb watt in my Warmer? What about a different brand?
We recommend using the same bulb watt your Warmer was designed to use. Using a bulb with higher wattage can be dangerous and can potentially damage your Warmer, as well as shorten the fragrance life of your Scentsy Bar. We also recommend using a Scentsy Lightbulb. Altering your Warmer in any way, be it with increased wattage or another bulb brand, can void your product warranty.
What do I do if my Diffuser lights go out?
Diffuser lights are part of the Diffuser base and cannot be removed. If your Diffuser lights are not working, you will likely need a new base. Contact your Scentsy Consultant for assistance. In the meantime, learn about our Limited Lifetime Warranty.
Do I need a lightbulb for my Element Warmer?
No. Scentsy Element Warmers, or warmers that use a heating element, do not contain lightbulbs, so no replacements are needed!
Do you have a replacement bulb for my . . . Lyric, Moonstone, or Tiger’s Eye Warmer?
These warmers are unique in that they use a multicolored LED light. Replacing this light means you’d have to replace the Warmer, too. Contact your Scentsy Consultant for assistance.
Do Night Light and Mini Warmers use the same bulb?
Yes. All Scentsy Mini Warmers take the 15-watt Scentsy Lightbulb.
Do you have a chart that lists the warmers and bulbs together?
