While this warmer does leave open many opportunities for customization and creativity, it is important that you AND your customers are clear that placing objects other than Scentsy charms and beads between the glass walls may be dangerous. Scentsy will not be liable for damages to person or property caused by a Consultant’s or customer’s use of any decorative material other than the Scentsy charms or beads provided with the Charmer Warmer.

Additionally, some ideas being shared include the use of third-party intellectual property. The use of any other person’s or company’s logo, photograph, artwork, or other copyright or trademark material may violate state (province) and federal law. For example, your purchase of wrapping paper or stationary that contains a Disney trademark or copyrighted material gives you the right to use that paper as a consumer, but you have NOT purchased the right to use that material in a business advertisement. Scentsy does not condone intellectual property infringement of any kind. The Consultant Agreement prohibits your infringement of a third-party’s intellectual property, and requires you to indemnify Scentsy in the event of such infringement. As an Independent Scentsy Consultant, and an authorized reseller of Scentsy products, you are not permitted to infringe the intellectual property rights of others, particularly where infringement is visible to consumers. We recognize this has a very legal tone, but there are very important legal issues in play here that Scentsy and our Consultants need to be aware of.
