What is Scentsy Club?

Scentsy Club is a subscription program that lets you schedule recurring shipments of your favorite Scentsy consumables (aka the stuff that runs out) to be delivered directly to you! Scentsy Club also offers exclusive perks available only to subscribers.

What does it cost to become a Scentsy Club subscriber?

Nothing! There are no fees to join the Scentsy Club subscription program, and there are no minimum or maximum purchase requirements. You pay only for the products you order, plus any applicable tax and shipping charge.

What are the Exclusive perks? 

Scentsy Club subscribers get access to select Scentsy Bricks on any subscription. These bricks are five times the size of Scentsy Bars! Subscribers also get exclusive access to Always Get My Bar (see below).

What is Always get my bar? 

his is one of our most popular perks, exclusive to Scentsy Club subscribers. Throughout the year, Scentsy Bars are discontinued to make room for new ones. With Always Get My Bar, there’s no need to worry about losing a favorite fragrance for good. If we discontinue a bar that’s in your subscription, we’ll keep making it for you (as long as you keep it in your subscription)! This even applies to Scent of the Month Scentsy Bars, Wax Collections and Bring Back My Bar fragrances.

How does Always Get My Bar Work? 

Some rules apply:

  • A Scentsy Bar may only be added to a subscription while it’s still available for sale on your Consultant’s Personal Website.
  • In the case of a limited-time offer Scentsy Bar, even if it sells out quickly, that bar will remain available exclusively in Scentsy Club for 30 days from the bar’s launch date. Or the bar will remain available in Scentsy Club longer if we still have inventory beyond 30 days.
  • Licensed bars (such as Disney) are eligible for Always Get My Bar, but the license must still be valid. If the license expires, we will no longer be able to make the bar for anyone.
  • Packaging may change over time as a bar is discontinued.
  • Total quantity and delivery frequency of a discontinued bar may be decreased, but not increased.
  • Shipment of a discontinued bar may be skipped once in a 12-month period. Beyond that, the bar is automatically and permanently removed from your subscription.
  • Shipments that are skipped due to a failed payment will count as a skip toward Always Get My Bar.
  • If a discontinued bar is removed from a Scentsy Club subscription, it may not be added back unless it becomes available for sale again.
  • Always Get My Bar applies only to Scentsy Bars and is not available in Scentsy Bricks or other Scent products.

What products are eligible for Scentsy Club Subscriptions? 

Eligible products include all Scentsy consumables (aka the stuff that runs out) available in your country — even light bulbs and consumable licensed products! What products are NOT eligible for Scentsy Club? 

Non-consumable items (warmers, diffusers, Scentsy Buddies, etc.), consumable products (except Scentsy Bar fragrances added through Always Get My Bar) offered as limited-time offerings, and products available in Clearance or during flash sales, are not eligible for Scentsy Club subscriptions.

Will my Scentsy Club subscription be discounted during a 10% off month? 

If your order ships during the last month of the current catalog, qualified items in your Scentsy Club subscription will automatically receive the 10% discount.
Are Limited Time offerings available to Scentsy Club Subscriptions?

Yes! Here’s a list:

Scent of the Month
Add Scent of the Month products (Scentsy Bars, Room Sprays and Scent Circles) to your subscription to get a different fragrance each month.

Scent of the Month Bars
You can also add any currently available Scent of the Month Scentsy Bar to your subscription and get that bar forever with the Always Get My Bar perk.

Wax Collections
Add individual Scentsy Bars from wax collections within 30 days of the collection’s launch date, or as long as the bars are still available to purchase (whichever is longer). Individual bars from wax collections are also eligible for Always Get My Bar.

Bring Back My Bar
Add any — or all! — Bring Back My Bar winners during their featured selling period and get your favorites forever with Always Get My Bar.

Seasonal Collections
Add Scentsy Bars from limited-time seasonal collections within 30 days of the collection’s launch date, or as long as the bars are still available to purchase (whichever is longer). Individual bars from seasonal collections are also eligible for Always Get My Bar.

Scentsy Bricks
Add Scentsy Brick fragrances as Scentsy Bars within 30 days of the brick’s launch date, or as long as the bars are still available to purchase (whichever is longer). Scentsy Brick fragrances as Scentsy Bars are also eligible for Always Get My Bar.

Whiff Box
Add a Whiff Box to your Scentsy Club subscription for a surprise assortment of trending and seasonal products each month.

How do I set up a new Subscription? 

It’s easy!

  1. Click here – “Build a Subscription.”
  2. Browse through all the eligible Scentsy Club products and add products to your subscription.
  3. Proceed to checkout by logging in or creating an account.
  4. Choose how often you want each product to ship: every month, two months or three months.
  5. Set up your recurring payment.
  6. Enjoy your Scentsy Club subscription!

Can multiple products be Bundled in one Subscription? 

Yes! Add as much as you want of all eligible products to your subscription. And be sure to shop the “Bundle & Save” category within Scentsy Club to buy more for less!
Can I set up a Scentsy Club for someone else? 
Yes! The gift of Scentsy Club is always a great idea! You’ll need to create a separate Scentsy Club profile, with a unique email address, for your gift recipient.
How do I view or edit my subscription? 

You may modify your account and profile information at any time:

  1. Click on “My Account” at the top of your Consultant’s Personal Website.
  2. After you log in, click “My Scentsy Club” to view your upcoming shipments and/or edit your subscription.

Please note: There is a 10-day blackout period prior to the process-for-shipping date when subscriptions may no longer be modified. Email reminders are sent to ensure you have the opportunity to make changes prior to the blackout period. If you modify an existing subscription order within 10 days of your next shipment date, those changes will be applied to the next available subscription shipment.

You may also remove or skip an individual item or the entire order at any time. Please note that if you cancel an order that includes an Always Get My Bar fragrance, that cancellation counts as a skip according to the Always Get My Bar rules.

If I remove a Scentsy Bar, can I add it back? 
Yes, if the bar is a currently available fragrance, it may be removed and added back at any time. If a discontinued bar is in your subscription through the Always Get My Bar perk, you may reduce the quantity of bars ordered, but if you remove the bar entirely from your subscription, it may not be added back unless it becomes available for sale again. Total quantity and delivery frequency of a discontinued bar may be decreased, but not increased.
What if my credit card is declined? 
If your credit card is declined, we will email you after each processing attempt. We will try to process the order two more times (24 hours apart). Once you update your billing information and the payment is processed successfully, the order will ship immediately. If your credit card is declined three consecutive times, Scentsy Club will skip the shipment and it will count as a skip. If the shipment in question includes an Always Get My Bar fragrance, that counts as a skip according to the Always Get My Bar rules.
How frequently can I have my subscription shipped? 
Frequency is scheduled by you on a per-product basis. You have the option to have a product shipped every month, two months or three months.
Can I change the date my subscription ships?
Aside from skipping an individual shipment, the only way to change your established shipment date is to cancel your subscription and sign up for a new one. Please keep in mind that canceling your subscription will permanently remove any fragrances you have through Always Get My Bar.
When will I relieve the first shipment? 
When you place your first Scentsy Club subscription order, it will be shipped immediately. After your first shipment, recurring shipments will coincide with the monthly shipment schedule you selected.
Can I skip a shipment? 
Yes. You can skip any currently available product or shipment as many times as you’d like. To skip shipment of individual items, you’ll need to edit your subscription 10 days prior to processing, or you can cancel your entire order shipment any time prior to the process-for-shipping date. You can also skip the shipment of all items in your next delivery by changing the scheduled shipment date.
How are orders shipped? 
We use standard economy shipping for all qualifying Scentsy Club orders. Depending on the size and weight of the shipment and the shipping address, an order may be delivered via UPS to your door or via USPS to the same location where you receive your daily mail.
Contiguous United States $8 (USD) on orders up to $79.99 (USD) 10% on orders totaling $80 (USD) or more
Hawaii, Alaska, APO, FPO and U.S. territories $10 (USD) on orders up to $49.99 (USD) 20% on orders totaling $50 (USD) or more
Canada $9 (CAD) on orders up to $89.99 (CAD) 10% on orders totaling $90 (CAD) or more
