We’re excited to introduce SurePost, a shipping option designed to save you and your Scentsy customers money.
SurePost is a collaboration between UPS and the U.S. Postal Service (USPS) offering a lower-cost shipping option. Beginning July 1, 2014, Scentsy will launch SurePost on a trial basis for all Customer Loyalty Program subscribers and qualifying Scentsy Fragrance PWS and Scentsy Family Store Workstation orders shipped to Idaho, Utah and Washington. To qualify for SurePost flat-rate shipping, orders must weigh 3 pounds or less.
If the program takes off, we hope to expand it to customers and Consultants throughout the U.S. and territories, and APO/FPO addresses later this year!

How to Get Started
· Existing subscribers to the Customer Loyalty Program must log in to their account and change their shipping option to SurePost. To qualify for SurePost’s reduced rate, orders must weigh 3 pounds or less.
· New Customer Loyalty Program subscribers will have the option of choosing between $6 flat rate standard shipping or the new $5 flat rate SurePost shipping option, and may change their shipping preference at any time.
· Qualifying PWS and Scentsy Family Store Workstation orders will have the option of choosing standard shipping or SurePost in the checkout process.
A Note About Shipping Times
Unlike standard or expedited services we use from UPS, this service does not offer a guaranteed delivery time. Since the USPS will actually deliver SurePost packages, rural customers may need to pick up their packages at the nearest post office. In addition, SurePost packages may take 1-2 days longer to arrive than packages shipped via UPS.
