It is almost August! That means it is time to prepare for the new Scentsy Fragrance Fall/Winter 2014 Catalog season, which begins Sept. 1, 2014.
As we make the transition from the Spring/Summer 2014 Catalog to the Fall/Winter 2014 Catalog, we’ll release new testers, catalogs, and a list of discontinued items one month before the new items are available for purchase so you have time to plan for the selling season ahead.
To help you make this transition seamless, read through the information below so you know what to expect in the weeks ahead: Fall/Winter 2014 Catalogs Stock up on the new Fall/Winter 2014 catalog from Aug. 1-31 and save 10 percent! Order packs of 25 from the Scentsy Family Store for $9 (USD)/$10.80 (CAD), or download it from the Resources tab of your Workstation. New products from the Fall/Winter 2014 Catalog will be available to order beginning Sept. 1.
Spring/Summer 2014 Catalogs
Spring/Summer 2014 Catalogs will be available in packs of 25 for $5 (USD)/$6 (CAD) from Aug. 1 through Aug. 31, while supplies last. That is 50 percent off!

Starter Kits During Transition
From Aug. 1-31, the new Consultant Starter Kit will include Spring/Summer 2014 testers and catalogs AND Fall/Winter 2014 transition tester sets and catalogs at no additional cost. Transition tester sets are new and returning fragrances, plus any previous Scents of the Month fragrances that move into the Fall/Winter catalog. From Sept. 1, 2014 to Feb. 28, 2015, the new Consultant Starter Kit will include Fall/Winter 2014 testers and catalogs.
Tester Transition Sets
Scentsy will offer Tester Transition Sets containing all new and returning fragrances in the Fall/Winter 2014 Catalog for 20 percent off Aug. 1-31. Each set contains 11 new fragrances and 27 returning fragrances, (including 4 previous Scent of the Month fragrances).
Fall/Winter 2014 Tester Transition Sets will be available at full price from September – February.
Full Tester Sets Spring/Summer 2014 Full Tester Sets will be available for purchase through Aug. 31, and Fall/Winter 2014 Full Tester Sets will be available for purchase beginning Aug. 1.
Individual Party Testers and Mini Tester 5-Packs in Fall/Winter 2014 scents will be available for purchase Sept. 1.
Shipping Times
Our manufacturing, picking, packing, and shipping teams need to switch cleanly and completely from the old product line to the new product line. One of the main reasons Scentsy has a two-week shipping window after an order is placed (even though we typically ship much faster) is to allow for additional time to process orders during the Spring/Summer and Fall/Winter transitions. Be sure to set realistic expectations with your customers with regard to shipping so they know what to expect.
Workstation and PWS From midnight to noon PT Sept. 1, the Workstation and your Personal Website will be updated with the new Fall/Winter 2014 products. During this time, a message will let visitors know the sites are temporarily unavailable. Please do not contact Consultant Support with any systems issues or concerns until this message is removed.
Once the sites go live, so do the new products! We appreciate your patience while we make this transition, and hope you are as excited as we are to introduce the new Fall/Winter 2014 Scentsy Fragrance line!
