This spring, Scentsy hired a Global Creative Director to work with our executive and creative teams to develop innovative marketing campaigns; fresh design concepts for products, packaging, and catalogs; as well as cohesive branding strategies across all Scentsy Family brands and Regions. Lindsay Randolph comes to Scentsy with an impressive background in creative design, product development, merchandising, and trend leadership with Royal Stitch (Europe), Markwins International, Allegro Creative Designs, and Mattel, Inc. Most recently, Lindsay was the Global Creative Director for Walt Disney Consumer Products.
Lindsay’s wealth of global experience in consumer packaged goods, fashion, accessories, beauty, and children’s products brings inspiration to Scentsy’s creative team along with a fresh perspective on our business.

In June, we said farewell to Cory Pugh, our Chief Strategy Officer. Cory was an integral part of Scentsy’s growth into a world-class company. He began his Scentsy career as Vice President of Strategy in 2008, and also served as Chief Operating Officer and Chief Marketing Officer. In his role as Chief Strategy Officer of Scentsy, Cory’s greatest contribution to Scentsy was in helping us create the infrastructure, international expansion, development of employees, and business strategies necessary to become a top-25 direct selling company.
